• Sit down, stand up and cross your legs and check how you look like. The most sensitive part to watch in this position is the stomach.

• If you are wearing a dress with rods, you have to make sure they are of good quality and that tehy will not get distorted during the day.

• You should walk, climb stairs and make sure everything is still perfect and comfortable for you.

• Raise your hands and bring them down: are you able to do this easily? Does the wedding gown comes back at its initial look? This exercise aim to see if you have many pleats on the gown.
