Ameliste services Terms of Use

Article III

1. Ameliste supplies this Service exclusively for individuals.
2. Ameliste offers a Service aiming to allow members to create, organize and handle a wedding gift list by circumstances of a special event of members.
3. The functioning of this Service is based on the creation of a gift list section on line and the compilation of gifts wished by members.
4. Ameliste offers the happy couple to take advantage of sale periods and and grab special offers.
5. Members have to compile their own list of products and/ or services. They have to notify the reference, quantity, price and display a photo for each gift.
6. Members publish their wedding list for their guests from their personal area.
7. Guests will make promise to contribute from a gift list.
8. Ameliste considers as a contribution, any promise to donate that has been effectively paid to Ameliste in pounds and corresponding to the promise to donate that has been made.
9. Contributions are managed by Ameliste for an indeterminate period.
10. The member can ask for a transfer payment of the amount of contributions at all time to Ameliste, by filling out the form for transaction request. Ameliste will then transfer the entire amount of contributions collected.
11. The member can ask for an unlimited number of money transfer in limitation of the total amount contributed by guests. The cost of the transfer service is specified in the price list brochure.
12. Members can purchase products and/or services of their list wherever they want. In order to make it possible, they will have to make a transfer request of contributions collected from their wedding list on their bank account. Then they will be able to purchase the products and service on their own.
