Watch your diet

Remember that what we eat reflect on our overall health and beauty. The best option is to take care of your diet at least seven days prior the wedding. In a word, stint yourself with fat food and sweets and prefer healthy food such as vegetables, fruit and fish. Try to eat raw food at each meal and 1 to 2 bowled vegetables per day.

To help your bowel movement, there are a few home remedies you can use to feel good that special day. Start by eating more high-fiber foods that can be found in cereals, whole grain bread and add prune juice to your diet to maintain bowel regularity. A natural way to achieve this can be  to drink a glass of cold water upon awakening and 1 to 2 yoghurt to help your intestinal flora. Idigestion can affect the condition of your skin.

It is also recommended to drink plenty of water, at least 2 litres every day: a cost effective solution to eliminate bad toxins. Reduce alcoholic beverages and cafeine.

On your wedding day it will be very useful to get fit and healthy. However, a little bit of exercise is good to help you feel good and tone your muscles. If you'd like to firm your body and get rid of your upper arms for your sleeveless sheath or get a flat belly, choose focused exercise along with a reasonable diet.
If you want to loose more than a couple of pounds, you should fix realistic and achievable goals and start ahead in order to avoid additional pressure. Don't forget that when stressed while planning a wedding for example, our body produce cortisol which increases sugar in our blood sugar levels. No need to start deprive yourself and get ill and weak.

There are many beauty products out there that claim to reach incredible results in few days. Use face masks to clean pores and rinse with cold water to prevent dirt from coming back as it will seal the pores shut and tighten up your skin.

As we all know, planning a wedding is a daunting task and very stressful moment for a bride to-be. The fact is that if you accumulate stress it will show on your Big Day. Find a whole day to release from it somehow. Some beautician offer a special wedding body treatment to get your body prepared for that unforgettable day!
Finally, it's very important to use the most simple and natural way to relax: get enough sleep. Easier said than done when you are overwhelmed with the planning of such event. But you have to find the time for yourself and have full and good nights' rest. This is essential to regenerate your skin and have that perfect glowing complexion for the wedding.

It's best to remove hair 3 or 4 days before the wedding to allow skin irritation and skin redness to shade off before the Big day. Make sure you exfoliate well to avoid ingrown hairs and moisturise your skin.

Your fingers should look perfect and a French manicure looks great for a wedding and matches perfectly with a white wedding gown. And don't forget the pedicure! You may have chosen to wear a close toe shoe, but for your wedding everything should be perfect from head to toe!
